Once the “ballpark estimate” aligns with your budget, we move forward by introducing you to one of our trusted design partners - leading architects and designers known for their creativity and professionalism.
These relationships allow us to tailor the design process to your style and needs, ensuring the best possible outcome for your space.
Detailed Proposal
With the design finalised we prepare a fully itemised quote that outlines every aspect of the build, from materials and finishes to labour and timelines.
This document gives you a clear understanding of costs and inclusions, ensuring transparency and confidence before we move forward.
Approval and Permits
We handle all necessary council approvals, certifications and compliance checks. Our team ensures your project meets Australian standards and local regulations without delays or surprises.
Pre-Construction
Before breaking ground, we finalise selections, lock in trades and prepare the site. This phase ensures everything is coordinated and ready for a smooth build with no loose ends.
Construction
